Again

I'm sorry I'm asking you guys about this again, but I didn't have any answer 
to my question.

VNCViewer got only a gray screen when connecting to iXvnc service. I'm using 
RedHat 6.x. Things work fine when I use the command line.

I'll appreciate any help :)
