As I did understand you would like to have your current session exported by vnc
(as WinVNC does)?
E.g. if you move the mouse at the vncviewer, you would like to see the cursor
of the server moving too?
If I'm right it has nothing to do with twm. Xvnc is not able to export a
running X session but creates a new one. For having the same desktop on both
computers you must start a vncviewer on your vnc server computer too, maybe
with the -fullscreen option.
