Installing on a NT4 server (sp6a)

Hi There,

I have two servers, same spec.
One has Exchange Server 5.5, that's the only 
difference.

When I try and install Win VNC on the Exchnage server
(3.3.3r2)by clicking on setup.exe NOTHING happens.

No application running in tack manager, nothing.

The only odd thing is when I log out from that server
(as Administrator) I get an error OleMainThreadWndName
- cannot respone to task press enter to terminate (the
standard error box) which I cannot find on M'Soft's
tech site.

The other server installed fine.

Any ideas ???
