You can also add the service by creating a .REG file of the service entry
in \\HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Service\WinVNC, then during an install
replay this by running REGEDIT /S filename.REG.
The service will then be available at next boot, you can even force the
reboot with one of the many utilities available on the web.
I use this method to ensure that VNC makes it onto every workstation via the
login script.
