VNC Password warning

I've been searching through the FAQ and digests for the answer to this
problem, but I can't find any solutions.
I installed WinVNC 3.3.3 r2 as a service on a Windows 95 computer. I'm
trying to use the options to restrict shutdown, no access to properties and
no password. I also have it setup to accept only connections from a specific
IP address. However, when I start the windows 95 machine I get the error
message "Warning this machine has been preconfigured to allow un-authorized
connections to be accepted and to prevent users from enabling
authentication". From what I understand
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3\AuthRequired = 0 should disable this
warning.
After removing this version and installing WinVNC 3.3.2 R6, using the same
registry settings I don't get an error message. However, I it doesn't appear
to allow restricted IP addresses.
Is the AuthRequired setting a problem with the 3.3.3. R2 release? Attached
is a copy of the registry settings which I've been using for both the 3.3.2
and 3.3.3 release:
