Hello VNC ppl!

I'm trying to get the server running on a redhat 6.0 x86 box. kernel 2.2.5.
64 RAM. gig's of HD. root.

Here's my issue...

[root "at" Servix /root]# Xvnc :0
bash: /usr/bin/Xvnc: No such file or directory
[root "at" Servix /root]# /usr/bin/Xvnc :0
bash: /usr/bin/Xvnc: No such file or directory
[root "at" Servix /root]# ls -la /usr/bin/ | grep vnc
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 1245130 Apr 5 22:44 Xvnc
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 11433 Apr 5 22:44 vncpasswd
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 12839 Apr 5 22:44 vncserver
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 65535 Apr 5 22:44 vncviewer-A

pretty silly, eh?
REMEMBER...This isn't the perl script. I read the faq.
Why won't it run?

running vncserver gives:

xauth: (argv):1: bad display name "Servix.localdomain:1" in "add" command

New 'X' desktop is Servix.localdomain:1

Starting applications specified in /root/.vnc/xstartup
Log file is /root/.vnc/Servix.localdomain:1.log

NOTE: I don't have DNSing setup. This is a closed 1 hub ethernet
network. We're really talking about telneting going from 10.0.0.3 (my
mac viewer) to 10.0.0.1 (my linux box).
....and in the log file we find....

sh: /usr/bin/Xvnc: No such file or directory
_X11TransSocketINETConnect: Can't get address for Servix.localdomain
xrdb: Invalid argument
xrdb: Can't open display 'Servix.localdomain:1'
_X11TransSocketINETConnect: Can't get address for Servix.localdomain
xsetroot: unable to open display 'Servix.localdomain:1'
_X11TransSocketINETConnect: Can't get address for Servix.localdomain
twm: unable to open display "Servix.localdomain:1"
_X11TransSocketINETConnect: Can't get address for Servix.localdomain

could anyone help me with this?
When I ps aux, I get nothing X and nothing vnc. I tried having startx
running through telnet, but I fear I must go downstairs and hook up a
monitor to this 'headless beast'. say it ain't so! Last time it was
connected, X ran fine. help?

I tried running a viewer towards it without luck....
