What error do you get ?  If it is the standard error message, then check
that you have either set a display number and use it, or have the AUTO
checkbox enabled, and use the :0.  Check that you can connect to the server,
by starting a DOS prompt, and running "PING <ip address>" to see if you can
reach it.

Hi All !

May same on give help ?
It is my first time using VNC.
I am starting WINVNC Server on Windows/98 but I am not geting conection when
I am Starting the viwer in the another computer in my home-office to
stabilish connection between the both. I am usin winipcfg to know the
conection IP of the Host via Internet and trying to conect using the IP
number :0 as such as "200.123.234.2:0"
