Hi,
I was assuming the screen res was 1600x1280 but it was only 1600x1024
When I checked the display from control panel the test button only showed
1280x1024 but when I applied these settings the screen looked like it was
1600x1024. I then set the screen to 1600x1200 and the test button confirmed
this so I applied these setting and vnc worked fine.
My problem was assuming I was at 1600x1280 when I was only at 1600x1024,
that's why the aspect looked wrong.
Now I have 1600x1200 I need a better monitor to get back to 76Hz :-)

Cheers
