newbie question

Hey.. I'm new to this list.. just signed up.. but I have a question that 
doesnt appear to be in the faqs or message archives.. I am firewalled, but 
often times I can get what I need done by using really high ports.. the 
servers here block all ftp style packets but most other stuff will work 
using high ports so i was wonder if there was a way to change what port vnc 
listened on.  I'm running win2k if that helps any but I am looking at 
possibly running it under RH linux 6.1 and win 95 as well if I can make it 
work.. thanks -Z
