TrueType fonts on Xvnc

I have an issue on using truetype font support on Xvnc 3.3.3.

Display :0 is working great. I'm using RedHat 6, xfs, ttmkfdir. Locally the 
truetype support is working great, but any other xvnc display just don't 
recognize the truetype directory. I've tried using "xset fp+ 
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/truetype/". I've tried also the full path version 
"xset fp=/usr/......" and it returns the same error message, telling me that 
the truetype directory is not valid, or doesn't have fonts.dir or something 
else that I can't remeber right now.

What's wrong ? Could anyone help me ???
