VNC-Win95: icon not in task bar

I have been running VNC on Win98 as a service for quite some time now. I
have never seen the icon on the task bar. When I was running Win95 it was
always there. Doesn't bother me either way. VNC is an awesome package and
I have been using it reliably for months!
