VNC linux 2 NT question

Hello,

Recently i tried to connect to NT machine running WinVnc from linux machine 
(RH6) and recive following info back:

[user "at" host ]$ vncviewer -truecolor -depth 16
VNC server supports protocol version 3.3 (viewer 3.3)
VNC authentication succeeded
vncviewer: VNC server closed connection
[user "at" host ]$

that is without any additional error messages what i might be doing wrong. 
Vnc service works fine locally on linux, and also between NT machines, but 
it doesnt work between linux & NT. I tried several vncviewer options but i 
still recived the same error. Any ideas what i am doing wrong ?
