VNC-Win95: icon not in task bar

It's a well known bug... only with Win 95 (and 98?).
I have the same problem on PCs 95, but not on PCs NT...
I'm not sure that a solution exists...

It used to be a well known bug.  It isn't any more, as of 3.3.3R1.  Now it
should be reliably there or not there, depending on the situation.
