WinVNC 3.3.3R1 - some questions

I have some questions about the 'Add New Client' option in WinVNC 3.3.3R1
that I did not find in the docs.

What  port number is used when a connection to a listening VNC viewer is
initiated from the server? I assume it uses port 5900, but what if a
another port is defined instead of Auto in "Display number"?

I.e. is it possible to define on what port the server initiate a connection
and what port the viewer listen on (in listening mode)?=20


Is it possible to create a shortcut that initiate a connection from the
server to a specified listening viewer? What I like to se is the VNCserver
take a argument like: "winvnc -addnewclient 192.168.0.10:5934"
