VNC Server is running on a Windows 2000 machine, and I have not previously
had any problems connecting to this machine using other clients (java and
windows clients). The server is the latest revision, 3.3.3 R1, and it is
running as a service.

Hi, what platform is the server on, and can you connect with a viewer on
some other machine? I had a similar problem with the server on NT that was
caused by not running the program as a service.
