I have actually decided to use several different registry entries to create
the right setup ... See attached reg file ... (Assumes that you've installed
to C:\PROGRAM FILES\ORL\VNC)

Notes: 

For the reg file to open in VIEW,SHARED and FULL SCREEN modes properly then
you need to remove the following lines from the .VNC file ...

>From the [OPTIONS] section:
	restricted=
	viewonly=
	fullscreen=
	shared=

 I'm very new to the list but have arranged it with symlinks,
which call the saved file with parameter "-config".

  vncviewer -config <saved-config-file>.vnc
