Password for service

I am having some password troubles.

I have added AllowShutdown = 0  and AllowProperties = 0 in the registry and 
when trying to connect getting a message that password is not set.

I have reviewed the documentation and tried everything I could figure out 
but still getting this message.

Could someone who has used this option please send me the specific key path 
and the type of key etc.....
