Help, Where is Open Transport 1.1.3? (again)

After careful experimentation, I've found that 1.1.3 isn't much different
from 1.1.2. The next version of the Viewer/Server therfore only needs
1.1.2 (which is downloadable from apple at
http://asu.info.apple.com/swupdates.nsf/artnum/n10739)

Note: In general, the higher the OT version number, the fewer bugs it has.
Always use the latest version you can.
