color issue in new vncviewer for X

again !!

 speaking  on this color issue..... i have a question. 
 
 i have the vnc viewer working.  i can get a dterm on my pc 
 from my hp-ux and i can send programs over using -display
 
 my question is : why are they coming over with the wrong 
 colors.  seems like the viewer only has a couple of colors to 
 it.  all the windows are bright blue etc.  does vnc allow you 
 to see the unix desktop as it appears in unix? or am i dreaming?
