Mmm. Yes, sorry about that. My fault really.  

I thought that upgrading would allow us to compile a StrongArm-based
WinCE version for those HP Jornada owners.  After we switched, I
discovered that our copy of the CE tools didn't seem to include ARM
support anyway.  But VS6 does have some cute bells and whistles.
