MacVNC security

We are considering MacVNC for remote desktop support (sort of like
ZENworks without the price tag and catchy name). If we could cripple the
Mac server by disabling keyboard and pointer input from viewers, as is
possible with the Win version, VNC would work for us. Has anyone tackled
this yet? Many thanks for the product and the support!
