Win-Linux Via Peer-Peer

Hiya,
   Can anyone give me foolproof step by step instructions as to setting
up a VNC server on a win 95 machine and a client on a RH 5.2 Linux
machine. The data transfer is via two directly linked network cards. How
do I set those up in linux?
