Nothing with Ctrl+Up...

In the menu of VNC Viewer for Windows, nothing happens with a click on
"Ctrl+Up", "Ctrl+Down", "Alt+Up" or "Alt+Down". 

So I'd like to know what the uses of these combos are...
I've not find anything in the FAQ...
