You can do this with the latest version of the viewer.  Connect as
normal, then save the connection info to a file (from the viewer menu),
and say yes when it asks if you want to include the password.  This
generates a .vnc file which you can specify at a later date using the
-config option of the viewer.  The .vnc file is in INI-file format. You
can edit it (except for the password) using a text editor.
