Disable "dialog box to exit from full-screen mode"

Some time a go some one posted a messages on how to disable the annoying
information dialog box on how to exit from VNC when used in full-screen
mode.

I remember that it was a registry setting but that is all. If any one of you
remembers, please replay to this message or send me an email.
