VNC Server Security - Monitor & Keyboard

I have looked through the last 2 years archives but was unable to locate a
suitable answer.

Is there currently any software method available to isolate input from the
Keyboard and output from the Monitor on the server when connected and running a
client. I am running VNC server on my WIN/NT workstation at work and connecting
to it from my WIN/95 desktop at home. Unfourtunately my location at work is not
completely secure and cannot be made so.
