Xvnc w/DirectColor not viewable?

Xvnc doesn't really support the DirectColor visual at all - it only
supports TrueColor and PseudoColor.  Obviously it ought to complain when
it starts up rather than when the viewer connects, but I can't really see
why anyone would want to use a DirectColor visual anyway...
