a similar ctrl/alt/del problem

Hello, 
I happen to have the same question as another person on the list...I am
running winVNC as a service (on NTW4.0 w/SP4)and the ctrl/alt/delete
only registers on my own computer (the viewer).  Is there another key
combination that will work?  Or does anyone have any other ideas?
