VNCX - The VNC ActiveX control

Thanks, it's as important to get feedback on how many people have got it
working as it is to know how many people haven't.

BTW, I've uploaded a new build.

And as for your ActiveX serer idea - I've definitely thought hard about
that. But I'm not at all familiar with how the heck to do it at the moment.
But the idea is something I like. Turn any application into a VNC server -
that would just KICK ASS.
There are problems tho you see. What happens to a dialog box? What about
new windows the application generates? etc etc. RFB doesn't yet have the
ability to notify clients to either open up a new session window, or expand
the frame buffer size. One solution to this ofcourse would be to just have
the frame buffer the size of the screen, but have all windows except those
owned by process XXXXX sent.
