event logging with VNC

Hi All,
        I'm probably being extremely thick here, but is there anway to log
the connections through WinVNC? Ideally I would like to be able to know when
someone logged on using VNC as opposed to locally. At the moment I can check
the port logs and then cross reference this with the security logs in the
event viewer. However this is a bit time consuming and I was wondering if
I'm missing something.
