No taskbar icon in Win95

Hello

The "invisible" vnc icon is also on the NT4.0 OS. You don't have to reboot,
just right klick on it (blank space), and go into ea. properties and out
again............

The icon is also missing on my Win98 pc, but the server is still
going.........
