unable to connect with vncserver that is running Win98SE ICS

Folks,

I recently upgraded my vncserver machine to run win98 SE's Internet
Connection Sharing.
I am now unable to connect to it. This machine is my server for my home
network. All my other machine's at home (including this server machine) can
connect with with any vncservers running within my home network and also
extaernal vncservers.

But I am unable to connect from an external machine (for instance my from my
work machine).

Any ideas?
