Solaris and NT - VNC issues

Hello
    I have just installed VNC on both Soalris and NT. My main goal was to have
VNC viewer on NT to get connections to my SUN. It works but I have the following
questions:
a) Suppose armagedon(solaris):4 is the vncserver for the user eduardo. If the user
eduardo is connect on the solaris box teh vncviewer shows no window but an X-like
mouse that does not do a thing.  What was wrong?  Do I have to be connected on the
solaris box to get a x-like window where I can issue a command?

b) How do I kill vncservers on solaris?
