VNC service with account other than system

Hello,

If anyone has info on my dilemma, it would be greatly appreciated.

I am attempting to run the WinVNC service with an account other than system.
When i do so and try to connect with a VNC client, i get a "connection
closed".  When i switch it back to system, it works.

The reason i need to do this is with the -connect option through a firewall.
The main problem is, there is no 'system' user i can grant permission to to
access the firewall, so i would like to use an existing account.
