EUREKA! VMware and VNC work fine now!

I'm not sure why this is, since I changed nothing regarding my configuration
between VMware working and not working with VNC (aside from upgrading
versions), but to get VMware working with VNC (the latest versions), I
simply had to add a -depth parameter to the vncserver invocation.

Now, "vncserver -depth 16" works just fine for me, and VMware behaves
perfectly (as far as I can tell so far... :) previous versions did not
require this parameter, and I was able to get VMware to work under a generic
"vncserver" startup.

Oh well, as long as this works!
