VNC for MacOS X Server?

Furthermore, Mac OS X (consumer version) will *not* use Display
Postscript (since Adobe does not support it anymore), so anything
written for MOSX Server now would likely need to be rewritten for the
new graphics system (Apple has been discouraging a port of X windows
for this very reason).
What we really need is VNC to be ported to what Apple calls "Carbon."
Then it will run on both MOSX and the "classic" Mac OS 9.
