Server properties at bootup

It shouldn't be producing the User Properties dialog.  It should produce the
Default Properties dialog.  Setting some values and pressing OK should
prevent it from appearing in future.

You need to change the order of the bindings to your ethernet card and ISP
in the Windows Network properties, I think.
