CTRL+ALT+DEL in VNC?

Hi all,

 I have read some postings about restarting a Windows VNC server by pressing
ALT+GR+DEL

 I have tried a lot of different things, and still could not get the windows
machine to reboot. I dont know what the GR key refers too.

I am running WINvnc server on Windows98 and running the viewer on a Solaris x86
box.
