How to run the CDE desktop on a VNC server

We have several people here that are accustomed 
to their Solaris CDE desktop. They would like to
run the VNC server on their Solaris machines (when
they work from home) and still get the same familiar
CDE desktop.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Is there some CDE-desktop startup file somewhere
that the user can launch?

Help will be greatly appreciated.
