] Is there any way to hide the Icon or make VNC run without it? I'm

No, there isn't, if you want that kind of funtionality, use BO2K. Or
recompile the source.

I was also
]wondering if there where any way to log into NT through VNC, when I hit
]Ctrl-Alt-Del MY machine gives me the login window. thank you. -Greg W.

CTRL-ALT-DELETE" or something like that. My memory's fuzzy at the moment.
Also, you can right click on the task bar icon and get the same menu.
