VNC project idea request

I'd like a version of vnc server that wraps around a program and lets me
view just that program on a remote machine.I don't mean a window that will
just show me the part of the remote screen the program is running on...
I mean something that will run the program on the remote computer but will
only display it in the vnc server window, so that only the ppl who connect
to it will be able to see/interact with the demo.
