You can tell the VNC server to only allow connections from the local host
(the -localhost argument under *NIX, the LoopbackOnly registry setting under
Windows).
You can then run my VncProxy program which will allow you to listen on
specific IP address(es) and to filter connections by remote IP address. You
need configure the proxy to talk to the local VNC server using the localhost
IP address.
