Browser won't connect to Mac

Using Netscape 4.7 from NT, if I connect to my Mac (G3/300, OS 9.0) running
VNC Server 0.1.1 Beta2 I get the message

	Applet vncviewer class vncviewer could not be loaded

I tried from Win 98 with NS 4.6 and NT with IE 5 with the same results so I
assume the problem is with the Mac VNC Server, right? (indicates my level of
expertise with this)  I have no problems connecting using the viewer.

I'm impressed that installing and using the viewers otherwise was so smooth so
for a person at my level.
