How do I disable the VNC web server?

Use VNC v3.3.3 (no revision number).  Something went whacky with the Java
client and it seems to be broken.  We use that version here so that the
users cannot connect to each other's machines (even though they don't have
the password, you can never be too safe).

I know it isn't as "beautiful" as an actual feature/setting, but hey, it
works :)
