You have a few solutions here.
1. you can log in with keyb/mouse disabled, then go to the options menu and
enable it (you don't have to drop the link and re-open with it enabled, you can
change your control on-the-fly)
2. you can do CTRL-ESC , the Windows key, ALT-TAB, or anything else to give
another program the focus, then close it from the task-bar icon
3. you can do CTRL-ALT-DEL, and end task it.
