VNC 3.3.3 with Zlib compression

Hi all,
	A few people have asked `what about a Zlib win server?' I'm not a
Windows programmer, and wouldn't trust myself to do a good job. As it is,
I'd like someone to check my changes to the Win95 client!

The addition of Zlib to the Win95 server should be reasonably easy though.
I've added a /zlib N command-line argument to the Win95 client and removed
the debugging stuff; it's now at
