Can't start VNC 3.3.3r2 NT4.0 SP4

Hello,

i was using VNC 3.3.3r1 with NT 4 and SP4 now i uninstalled this version
and wanted to install the new version. I'm starting the setup.exe but
nothing...
If i install it on a Workstation the setup.exe runs normally. 

Server:

HP Netserver 500Mhz with the option of a 2.processor.
128MB RAM

I someone of you could help me.
