MCM, here is what you need to know.  You need to edit reg key
HKLM\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVnc3\Default\PermissionReqd
dword value of 1 requires permission 0 not.  This can only be toggled using
regedit.  If this key doesn't exist creat it and set the valuse to "0"

Hi,

I downloaded the WinVNC 3.3.3R1 executable modified by Paul 
Kainth (pkain "at" westfrasertimber.ca) that you kindly put up at 
http://members.tripod.de/micattack/winvnc.zip .

It works fine, if someone's logged in, otherwise however, the server 
blocks with the confirmation request dialog hidden and 
unanswered. IMHO this seems to contradict the description:

So - am I doing something wrong or is this a feature and if the 
latter, can it be changed? If it requires source modification, I would 
be willing to give it a shot. I would like to obtain the modified 
sources in any case for customizing the dialog texts and upgrading 
it to 3.3.3R2.
