Hi,

me again.

That's the key (copy/pasted):

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3\AllowLoobackOnly

Value is DWORD hex 1

I still get the same error.

I have added this key on my client. Correct?
Is the spelling "looback" without the p corrrect?
Is the "path" to the reg entry correct? My version 3.3.2r6 installs
its "normal" reg entries under

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\VNC\3.3.2

Btw., my prior post regarding "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:2" gives the error msg
was wrong, in this case I get "couldn't connect to server"

TIA

Ulrich
