Thanks Wez,
I can see why it doesn't make any sense to deal with 16
color mode. I just wanted to avoid tearing into an old box. As
it turns out, upgrading the video card was easy and did the
trick. I think VNC is a marvelous product.

16 colour screens don't currently work under Windows 95. I
_think_ they
work OK under NT with WinVNC.
